2009 – Nash Web Solutions

It all began on 9th November 2009. Mark Nash started a 3-month contract with a tier 1 automotive supplier, who built cockpits and door interiors. The initial project was for a Customer Concern Management System. As a result several departments in the business saw value in our work. Meaning more projects were undertaken and developed over the next 9 years.

In addition to this, Mark had already started work on a system for River Canal Rescue. We continue to work alongside the River Canal Rescue team to this day. Supporting their growth and the amazing work they do.

2012 – Nash Web Solutions Ltd

Once word got out at what a great job we were doing in the automotive world more quotes began to come in. As a result new systems were started.

We began to expand to serve our growing customer list. After that out Limited company was formed.

2016 – Our own home

Our expansion continued with our ongoing success and new customers. Therefore the time came where we needed to move into our own offices. Our aim was to setup a software development office that customer’s saw as a professional extension of their own business. All our development is done in house by our team.

We opened our first office at the Imex Business Centre in Redditch.

2018 – A change of name

When talking to more and more businesses, it became clear that we were misleading people into thinking that we were web designers. We are responsible for creating business systems that have saved millions of pounds. As a result have reduced many tasks from 1 employee week per month to 5 minutes. Our name needed to reflect what we do and Nash Business Systems was founded.

This also coincided with the need for a larger office space for our team. We moved to office 31 at the Imex Business Centre.

2019 – Celebrating 10 Years in Business

Nash Business Systems continue to work hard with our existing customers. We enjoy meeting new clients who bring us new challenges. As a Business we are proud to be Disability Confident Committed. An active Member of the Hereford and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce. in addition we also work with local colleges and schools in the Redditch area providing work placements to students. Mark has also attended careers events for several local schools meeting students and advising about programming and software development career options.

In 2019 we have celebrated our 10th Birthday. 10 years helping customers gain competitive advantage in their business with our tailor made systems.

2020 – An unusual year

2020 has proved to be a most unusual year for all. With Brexit looming and the Covid 19 pandemic a whole new challenge for businesses.

We have continued to work throughout the pandemic, supporting our customers and speaking to new customers who want to improve their business practice. We have adapted to virtual meetings with customers and have also visited premises when pre-arranged and safe to do so.

The time for a system which employees can access in the office and from home is now. We are ensuring our customers stay ahead of their competitors and business can continue.
