One of our greatest success stories is British Made Shutters. Their approved sellers/installers can log into a portal, design the interior shutter's for their customer, and instantly produce a quote. Likewise, the quote to the seller/installer is instantly created.

All of the measurements are recorded, and the agreement could not be clearer. Everyone knows what they have requested and what they will receive. The process is exactly the same everytime, which significantly helps to reduce the risks.
Cutting Lists - exported for cutting machines
The design was built up from the dimensions of all of the components, so the sizes are all available to export. We have done this in a way that can be instantly transfered to the cutting machines, significantly reducing the chance of error, and saving lots of time.
Assembly Guides on Tablets at each station
Tablet's instruct operators at each station with any specific information that they need to do that task.

The tablet records who did each action, so we have the tracability and information required to investigate any problems that occur.
Order Status
Our software allows the office staff to see where each order is in the manufacturing process, and how many more proceses are remaining.

At a higher level, the number of orders per week can be measured and instantly reported.
