We worked with British Made Shutters to create software to design their bespoke shutters and combined a CRM system. There were several challenges for British Made Shutters. The biggest was to save time creating quotes, and cutting lists for manufacturing as this process was heavily dependent on one person. This was so successful that trades people are creating the designs with automated cutting lists themselves. Accuracy was massively improved as the outputs were easy to understand and correct every time. We’re extremely proud of the bespoke software we delivered to British Made Shutters.
Unico 3 provide accountancy and administration services for Sub-contractor based businesses and SMEs.
We have provided bespoke systems to support their customers. The largest win for Unico 3 was to reduce administration time. Certain processes had been reduced from 1.5 hours to 10 minutes saving hundreds of hours processing time per year. Improving efficiency through this time saving . Unico 3 are a forward thinking company and we’re not going to take credit for the ideas. After speaking to Rebecca and learning about their business we turned her ideas into a reality.
Rescuing vessels off the waterways of the United Kingdom isn’t an easy business. We have worked with RCR to create systems to enable them to automate communications with members and to help them deal with the many callouts and contracting jobs that are received daily.
